29 Oct-Chairman of the State Peace and Development Council Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Than Shwe and Vice-Chairman of the State Peace and Development Council Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Maung Aye,saw off Prime Minister General Soe Win and party who left Nay Pyi Taw Airport at 10 am to attend the Commemorative Summit Marking the 15th Anniversary of ASEAN-China Dialogue Relations and the Third Summit of ASEAN-China Economic and Investment to be held in Nanning, the People's Republic of China.
